It starts by having a complimentary and obligation free consultation with us, giving you a chance to meet us and decide whether we’re the right fit for you. We’ll use this session to learn more about your ideas, style and budget so that if you book us we can get started straight away. We’ll then work collaboratively with you to bring your dream wedding to life. Based on what you’ve told us, we’ll down-select suppliers in the various categories for you to choose from. Where required prior to arranging the bookings we’ll set up meetings for you to meet the suppliers. Rest assured you’ll get to make all the final decisions without having to put in the hours of research and supplier management. This all leads to us creating a detailed Running Order of your day(s) to ensure everyone who’ll be behind the scenes knows the final arrangements.
On average, depending on how many events you are having and suppliers you are having a wedding can take between 300 and 700 hours to plan. To give you an idea that between 4 and 9 months of your time if you dedicate at least 2 and a half hours everyday to planning the wedding. If you hire a planner you’ll still need to dedicate some time to meet the key suppliers and making some choices but you will save a massive amount of time, usually around 80 to 90%.
